THE FUTURE
This term we are focussing on the future tenses and helping people. If you did the previous three modules in the chronological order, you now know how to explain the prevention of tooth decay and how give a brush instruction. This term you will learn how to help patients on the phone and give advice or instruction when someone is panicking.

EXERCISE
Prepare a telephone conversation. One of you is the dental assistant, the other person is a patient with a problem. Act out the conversation for your teacher or record it together and hand it in.
